SIS – TRAINING IN IGNATIAN SPIRITUALITY AND ACCOMPANIMENT

In 2022-23 we’re offering the opportunity for seasoned spiritual directors to pursue additional training/formation in leading others through the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius.

Locations and dates

Due to the unpredictability and restrictions of the pandemic, cohorts may meet in
person, online, or a hybrid of in-person and online. This will be determined module by
module.

  3. Once accepted, you can secure your spot with a $400 deposit.

    Please answer the following questions. They will provide us with an understanding of your desire, availability and readiness for participating in the Spiritual Exercises Accompaniment Training. After receiving the application and letter of recommendation, you will be contacted by Sherri Harder (US) or Natalie Baxter Strange (UK) to schedule an interview.

  • Financial Considerations

    ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE* Tuition: Tuition for SEA formation is $1900. After your application is approved, you can reserve your spot in the cohort with a $500 non-refundable deposit. The entire tuition may be paid at one time, or if you desire monthly payments, a $500 non-refundable deposit is paid followed by 8 equal automatic (electronic) payments of $175. (Monthly payments must be made electronically). The cost of books, transportation, lodging, and food are not included in your fees. PLEASE NOTE: Sustainable Faith asks that NO checks be sent for any of the tuition payment.
  • Letters of Reference

    Please submit 2 email addresses of individuals who you would like us to reach out to regarding a letter of recommendation. These people should be 2 of the following 3 categories: -The facilitator of the spiritual direction training you completed. -Your current supervisor for spiritual direction. -Your pastor or a ministry leader.
